The location in the middle of Faro was quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and very amiable at all times. The room I booked was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and available with large balcony.

The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away. My triple room was modest, spotless...
Some people working there were not so friendly.

This hotel is brand new, and quite frankly I have been in a lot of hotels with Booked.net and this is by far my best experience ever. Big room, nice desk, flat screen tv, movies are not dubbed here, so you can watch movies in English, plus you have some English news channels. Large wardrobe, private bathroom with tub and bidet (Italians will appreciate). What I found great was the big terrace (as big as the room). Rooms at the front (2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12) have sun in the morning and beginning of afternoon, and rooms at the back (1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11) have sun in the afternoon. I was in room 10 (I could get wi-fi from the restaurant below). People complaining about location should take their car in their luggage. Is it too much to ask to walk 5-10 minutes to get to a supermarket open 7d/7 8am-8pm? The location is very quiet, I actually slept better here than at home! About the people now. Well, difficult to find nicer people, I talked to almost everyone at the reception and at the restaurant, and all I could see were smiles, availability, and willingness to help. One day, the managers even dropped me in the centre. Breakfast costs 5 euros and for that price you get a small sweet cake, a croissant, ham, cheese, bread, jam, and coffee (ask for a “bule” of coffee). There is heating and air-conditioning in the room (same device makes both) and this is the first hotel in which I could find a detailed sheet of paper explaining (English and Portuguese) how the remote works!
Frankly if someone criticizes this hotel, they should go and see a psychiatrist when they get home. And I advise all managers and receptionists from all parts of the world to come here and see for themselves what being treated as a customer means. All we ask is a smile (we don’t get that many), but here you get the smile and much more!

Too simple, and expensive for what it offered.

Absolutely the best experience I've had so far. The hotel is lovely, clean, the rooms are huge and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. Faro and the beach can be reached easily by bus (if you don't have a car). The personnel of the hotel is simply the best. They did everything they could to make sure that I have an excellent time there. Was my best choice to choose this hotel!

I received a complimentary upgrade to a triple room with a spacious balcony, and the bus station was just a 5-minute walk away.
